Wouldn't it be cool if there was a calorie counter on this page so you could see exactly how much trouble I'm in. This is chicken, broccoli, and ziti ( NO grated cheese ) from Panella's. God I love to eat.
After filling up on the pasta dishes they give you before the Marathon, it's nice to get back to the basics. This is a salad from Sudbury Farms with eggs and chicken ( not sure which came first, the chicken or the egg ).
Here is today's repast . . . chicken, broccoli and ziti with 26 ounces of grated cheese on top ( yes, it's a pasta and dairy thing ). He makes a good lunch up the end of the street, and it's convenient. It's so close that most days I can't even get the volume on my car radio adjusted before I'm turning into the parking lot. I'll think about why I don't walk up there and that will be my exercise for today. I'd better sit down and rest.
One of my loyal readers pointed out that the purpose of a blog is to constantly update and post to it . . . not let 2-1/2 weeks go by in between ! So here's what I do best. EAT ! We have a wonderful Sudbury Farms salad with hard-boiled eggs, chicken, and cheese.
